Dynotemite provides a secure platform for sharing self-destructing notes. Notes are automatically deleted after being viewed or after a specified time period.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the service for lawful purposes only
Not share illegal, harmful, or malicious content
Not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
Not use automated tools to abuse the service
Keep your account credentials secure
Not share content that infringes copyright or intellectual property

4. Prohibited Content

You may NOT share notes containing:

Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
Malware, viruses, or malicious code
Harassment, threats, or hate speech
Child exploitation material (CSAM)
Spam or unsolicited commercial content
Copyrighted material without permission

5. Service Limitations

Rate Limits: 10 notes per hour per IP address
Note Size: Maximum 100KB per note
Saved Notes: Expire after 14 days (unless made permanent)
Custom Fields: Maximum 20 per note

6. Account Terms

For registered users:

You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per person
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms
You can delete your account at any time

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Complete security (though we implement best practices)
Permanent availability of any content

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data or content

Service interruptions or downtime
Actions taken by note recipients

Our service may display advertisements. Users can make saved notes permanent by viewing advertisements.
